Pramerica Real Estate Investors announces that it has appointed Annemarie Manning as a Director in the Business Development team in its London office. Pramerica is the European arm of the real estate investment and management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., which is headquartered in the United States.
Manning joins Pramerica from Greenhill & Co, where she held the role of Principal, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity for three years, with a particular focus on new business development and fundraising.
Prior to Greenhill & Co, Manning worked for eight years at APG Investments in The Netherlands, latterly as Senior Portfolio Manager Private Equity Real Estate and Debt, following positions in other financial institutions in the UK and The Netherlands including Doughty Hanson, Security Capital (UK) Management, and National Investment Bank in The Hague.
