PGIM Real Estate has acquired Diana & Vesta, a modern office property in Amsterdam, on behalf of one of its European core plus funds. The property comprises 24,428m² of office space in the Plaza Arena office development, located in the northern part of Amsterdam-Southeast, a key business hub in Amsterdam with direct access to key public transport and traffic arteries. Amenities servicing the property include a flexible and modern co-working space, restaurant, bar, gym and physiotherapist. The purchase price was not disclosed.
