Long-term, pan-European warehouse developer-investor P3 has appointed Sonke Kewitz as Managing Director of its business in Germany. Kewitz takes the helm at P3 Germany in November and will work with the German team to manage the continued growth of P3’s German portfolio. Kewitz has significant experience in the sector having held top positions at Ixocon GmbH and Garbe Logistic AG. Most recently, he successfully led Panattoni as Managing Partner.
P3 currently operates 10 logistics parks in Germany. Over the next three years, P3 plans to more than double the size of its portfolio in Germany. The German estate currently comprises 320,000m² and it is anticipated that this will grow by up to 450,000m² with further potential projects in the pipeline.
