Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group, has exchanged contracts with IM Properties to purchase a 1.4 acres site in the Blythe Valley Park development. Plans for an 80-bed care home including extensive landscaping have already been submitted to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Blythe Valley Park is an established 2 million ft² mixed-use business park, strategically located in the heart of the UK, surrounded by stunning parkland and leisure facilities. It is home to world-class occupiers and amenities with over 122 acres of beautiful parkland. The purchase price was not disclosed.
