Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP) has acquired one of the largest modern logistics facilities in the Nordics. The deal is a sale-leaseback with the well-known Swedish discount retailer Rusta AB.
The top modern and newly built facility in Norrkoping will measure 117.000 m² in total when ongoing construction of additional 46.000 m² is completed.
“We regard this facility as one of the finest in the Nordics and we are excited to have completed the transaction”, says Head of Transactions with NRP, Knut Ekjord.
The tenant has invested a considerable amount in automation systems in the building, which features an automation storage system with a ceiling height of more than 30 meters.
“This investment fits perfectly into our investment profile. The facility is modern and of high quality, located in a strategic location and backed by a long-term lease to a solid tenant. The property has the flexibility to meet the growth potential of Rusta”, says Fund Manager with NRP, Eirik Forthun.
Wilfast Forvaltning will be the facility manager for the property.
