Investment fund Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) has acquired two office buildings from developer Eurocommerce. The 2355m2 building Le Marronier in Vianen was acquired for â⬠6,5 mln. Office building Le Coin (1237m2) in Deventer was acquired for the sum of â⬠3,5 mln. The buildings are rented to Volker Wessels Stevin and Fortis Bank.
