Nhood and Ceetrus Partner with Apsys to Transform Poland’s Commercial Market

Nhood and Ceetrus have entered a strategic partnership with Apsys to redefine Poland’s commercial real estate landscape through innovative and sustainable developments. This collaboration aims to create projects that generate long-term value for local communities, businesses, and authorities.

 

A flagship development of this venture is Wilanów Park, an ambitious project combining a shopping centre exceeding 50,000 m² with 166 retail units, alongside a public park covering more than 2.2 hectares. With an investment surpassing €200m, Wilanów Park is set to become a premier green retail and lifestyle destination in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, scheduled to open in 2028.
