Newsec has obtained the confidence to manage the Stockholm Waterfront for Munich Re´s asset manager MEAG. The building, which is environmentally classified according to Leed Gold has a total lettable area of approximately 24,500 m², and is fully leased.

The new assignment is ongoing and covering financial administration and technical management as well as corporate accounting. The building, which is environmentally classified according to Leed Gold, was completed in 2010.
