Newmark has served as Fairfax & Favor’s exclusive retail property consultant since 2020, securing key locations in Helmsley, Stamford, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Marlow. The addition of Southwold and Shaftesbury further strengthens the brand’s footprint in carefully selected market towns, reinforcing its unique approach to retail expansion.
