New acquisition for the Irish fund Le Premier (FR/IE)

Le Premier, commercial property fund based in Ireland, has acquired a new property located in France at Moissy-Cramayel (77), previously owned by a French private investor.

The property is composed of a building, the primary use of which is warehousing and offices and it extends to 2,791 m² and an adjoining plot of land with a possibility to develop 7,000 m².

The purchase price was not disclosed.

With a current French portfolio of more than €22 m, Le Premier is now in active negotiations on further office and activities investments in France.
