Neinor Homes has announced the start of construction work on its new project, Ática Homes, in Estepona, Malaga. The residential complex, consisting of 132 homes across seven blocks with large communal areas, represents an investment of approximately €30m. The project will generate direct employment for 200 people.
The development will be made up of homes of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedrooms with a garage, storage room, communal area with two swimming pools, children's play area and solarium in a complex surrounded by nature and its own garden area. The project consists of seven blocks distributed over three floors, plus basements, and is a popular location with views of the city, the sea, and the mountains. The units are scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2024.
Ática Homes is in the new residential area of Estepona, known as Parque Central, which has a wide range of leisure and sports facilities. The area also has easy access to health centres, schools and multiple transport links, including a good connection to the city centre.
The residential complex is in the heart of the Costa del Sol, a Mediterranean region with more than 150 kilometres of coastline. The setting of Ática Homes stands out for its proximity to the sea, just 10 minutes from the beach, and for its mountain views, as well as being surrounded by natural spaces for outdoor activities. Located in a relaxed area it combines tranquillity and functionality, close to the sea, the mountains and the city centre.
This will be Neinor Homes' seventh project in the town of Estepona, with more than 400 homes already delivered and 300 under development. Ática Homes reflects Neinor's commitment to investment in the area, where it has a land bank for a further 700 homes.
Alberto Salamanca, Neinor Homes' Territorial Director for Eastern Andalusia, said: "Neinor has extensive experience delivering homes in the Costa del Sol, where there is strong and stable demand, and plans for further development. Its excellent climate and natural surroundings are an significant attraction for many families looking to relocate from the big cities or for those who want to spend their holiday periods in the Costa del Sol".
