Polish company Wechta is planning to develop a multifunctional skyscraper at the intersection of al. Niepodległości, ul. Powstańców Wielkopolskich and ul. Kościuszki in Poznań. Wechta, which is owned by the Polish businessman Dariusz Wechta (listed as one of the wealthiest Poles by the weekly magazine, "Wprost"), has been already granted a building permit.
The building will consist of smaller (26m) and taller (92m) connected parts. Architects from Archikwadrat are still working on the details, so there is no news yet concerning when the project will commence.
