Mn Services, the investment company ofr the Company Pension Fund for the Metal and Technical Sector (BPMT) has invested € 60 mln in the German close-ended fund Deutschland Fonds Nr.1, the first fund of the joint venture between Warburg and Henderson KAG.
Deutschland Fonds Nr.1 will mainly invest in office complex in Germany´s principal cities and in due course aims for a € 300 mln fund.
