LSR Group started construction and pre-sales in a low-rise residential neighbourhood Nakhabino Yasnoye with a total net sellable area of around 140,000 m². The new comfort class project is situated on the land plot of 29 ha in the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, 17 km from Moscow.
There will be a total of 41 four-storey buildings in the neighborhood. Nakhabino Yasnoye, will consist of one-, and two-bedroom apartments available for sale ranges from 26 to 84 m². The price per square meter starts at RUB 58 000 (approx . €1,320)
Nakhabino Yasnoye will be built using energy-efficient "seamless" facade technology which provides high insulation properties and comfort living environment.
The project is planned for completion in the end of 2016.
