Logicor will bring a total of 11,000m2 of lettable logistics and warehouse space to the market, including a new building of 6,000m2 that is currently under construction, and an existing warehouse. The Hakkila logistics site is located 15 kilometres from the city centre of Helsinki and seven kilometres from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The location offers quick access to key transport routes of southern Finland and Vuosaari Harbour.
The development will improve the efficiency of the plot with a new, energy-efficient 6,000m2 logistics and warehouse building, which will be completed in summer 2024. The new development project will be implemented in accordance with Logicor's high environmental standards, targeting BREEAM Very Good certification.
