The property Lejonet 2 is an office and restaurant property situated at Lilla Torg in Malmö with a lettable area of 6.000 sqm.
The property Rådamnnen 1-3 is a mixed commercial-/ office- and residential property with a lettable area of 6.800 sqm and a rental value of MSEK 5.
The yield based on the sales price is estimated at 6,1 %.
