Kungsleden divests three properties in Köping and Norrtälje (SE)

Kungsleden AB has divested the Midgård 12 property in Köping as well as the Handelsmannen 1 and Storsten 2 properties in Norrtälje. The total sales price amounts to SEK97m (€10.5m). Following the divestments, Kungsleden will exit both Köping and Norrtälje, lowering its geographical presence in Sweden to 64 municipalities.

 

Midgård 12 is located in central Köping and consists of 3,500m² retail and office space. The property was sold to Sterner Stenhus Fastigheter, and closing will take place on 2 May.

 

The Handelsmannen 1 project property and the Storsten 2 industry and retail property are both located in central Norrtälje. The properties have a combined leasable area of approximately 9,900m². Handelsmannen 1 has a 75% vacancy level. Both properties were sold to Genova Property Group, and closing will take place on 1 July.
