Kulczyk Silverstein Properties to develop ETHOS in Warsaw (PL)

Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) plans to expand and modernize its office and commercial complex at Three Crosses Square to position it as the most recognizable and desirable address in Warsaw. Known as ETHOS, the building will attract both luxury boutiques and headquarters of the most renowned Polish and international companies. ETHOS is the fourth office building in KSP’s portfolio and is planned to open in 2015.

ETHOS will redefine the prestige of Three Crosses Square with a new business and retail destination of the capital. It is located in the bustling heart of the city adjacent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish Parliament, Sheraton Hotel and Ministry of Economy. Steps away from the new complex are luxury boutiques, popular restaurants and cafes. Upon completion of ETHOS in 2015, Three Crosses Square will become the most recognizable and desirable address in Warsaw and the only one of such class on the Royal Route.

"ETHOS will attract companies that value the highest business standards. Three Crosses Square is where the most important business, trade and tourist routes intersect. This is the real heart of the city. ETHOS will be the most prestigious and recognizable address on Warsaw’s office and retail map. We focus on the highest quality in architecture, functional solutions and on building management. Our vision is for ETHOS to launch Warsaw’s first high street. Place which cannot be found in Warsaw today but which our capital deserves for sure",  said Piotr Krawczyński, member of the Board of KSP.

The expansion and revitalization project is being led by architects from Warsaw Chapman Taylor office and Maas Projekt.
