Kajima Properties has completed the development of one of Gdansk’s first built-to-rent schemes. The building has been incorporated within the new @Home operational platform and has quick access to central Gdansk, Olivia Business Centre, and the rest of the Tri City area. The 3,185m² building has been fully let.
The project utilises an innovative off-site modular construction process that halved the development period and provided significant advantages in specification and quality control. The technologies used to deliver the building lowered the amount of construction waste and its carbon footprint by 11% and will allow occupants to significantly reduce their energy consumption.
Each apartment is fully equipped to a high specification by Design Anatomy, an award-winning Polish design studio. The building benefits from a fully furnished roof terrace with open-air cinema and yoga facilities, an internal social room, professional laundry, ground floor gardens, basement car parking and secure bicycle storage. The façade and common areas of @Home Gdańsk has been decorated with graphics by Seikon, a well-known local muralist, painter & sculptor.
