Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels recruits Chris Moore from Colliers International (UK)

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has announced the appointment of Chris Moore as a Director to lead its UK Licensed Leisure and Hotels team with a specific brief to grow the firm's UK regional hotels business. Moore joins from Colliers International where he is currently Head of Hotels.

With a sector specialist team based in London, Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow, Moore will focus on developing the breadth of Jones Lang LaSalle's service to clients across the hospitality sector.

Jon Hubbard, Managing Director for Northern Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels said: "With over 25 years' hotels experience, Chris has an excellent reputation across the industry and his expertise and long standing track record will enhance our already strong offering to our clients."

"Chris will be instrumental in driving growth in the regional hotel and licensed leisure sectors where he will work closely with Harry Hawksby and Keith McBain who lead the English and Scottish Licensed Leisure teams respectively, and with the core Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Northern European Hotels team based in London. His appointment comes at a time when there are strong signs of improved liquidity in the market, as investors and lenders seek to move forward after two difficult years."

Moore added: "I am looking forward to being part of an already experienced and successful team which has access to the world class intelligence, research and resources of the Jones Lang LaSalle global brand. It is a powerful combination and one which assures clients of a market leading service as conditions continue to improve."
