On 22 May 2002, it was announced that Robeco Private Equity would be opened once only for subscription from 27 May until 14 June 2002. The fund manager, Robeco Consulting Services B.V., has calculated the net asset value per issued participating unit at EUR 97.35 as of 14 June 2002.
The price of the new participating units to be issued as of 21 June 2002 will therefore be 102% of this net asset value, which equals EUR 99.30 per participating unit.
