Per the last day of the post-acceptance period, Monday 31 May 2004, 15.00 hours CET, 1,729,449 Rodamco Asia Shares were tendered during the post-acceptance period, representing approximately 7.4% of the Rodamco Asia Shares. Following the acceptance of these Rodamco Asia Shares offered during the post-acceptance period, and combined with the Rodamco Asia Shares acquired by ING Real Estate in the open market during the post-acceptance period, ING Real Estate holds 22,117,812 Rodamco Asia Shares, representing approximately 95.3% of the Rodamco Asia Shares.
