C-Series bonds under Sponda Plc's Convertible Bond 2000 were converted into 61,000 new shares on 4 August 2005. The corresponding increase in share capital, 61,000, was recorded in the Trade Register on 19 August 2005.
After registration Sponda's share capital will total 79,201,275 divided into altogether 79,201,275 shares. The new shares will be admitted for trading on the Helsinki Exchanges along with Sponda's existing shares, carrying equal rights.
The new shares carry the right to a dividend for the financial year 2005. The other shareholder rights come into force on the registration date.
