Hotel Co 51 has boosted the number of Marriott-owned brands in its European portfolio following the opening of the new-build Element by Westin® Wroclaw.
The 115-room Element hotel in Wroclaw, Poland is the first branded extended-stay hotel with a global loyalty program in the area. It offers modern facilities, sustainable practices, fully-equipped kitchens in each room, a complimentary breakfast, an on-site restaurant, and fitness facilities. Additionally, it provides meeting space, a dedicated laundry room, and underground on-site parking with electric car charging.
The seven-storey hotel is well serviced by the area’s extensive tram. It recently achieved Gold LEED certification and is in the process of securing the Green Key certification. Initiatives to reduce the building’s carbon footprint include high levels of thermal insulation and advanced ventilation systems.
Wayne Androliakos, CEO of Hotel Co 51, said: “We are delighted to be further strengthening our long-standing relationship with Marriott International with this thoughtfully designed property in one of Poland’s most historic yet modern-minded cities. Element hotels were conceived to ensure guests wake up in their ‘element’ wherever their travels take them, and Wroclaw’s Business Garden’s green environment certainly provides a refreshing retreat for guests visiting this characterful city. We’re confident this inspiring long-stay lifestyle option will help redefine Poland’s aparthotel experience while giving business and leisure travellers a chance to feel truly at home when they stay with us.”
