In Euromoney's Real Estate Poll 2009 HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has been awarded the accolade of "Best Developer in Germany". For the fifth time running, the international magazine Euromoney surveyed project developers, consultants, investors, end users and representatives of financial institutions in the real estate industry.
During a first round, the survey participants were asked to identify the real estate sectors and market players with which they were most familiar. Next, the participants were asked to vote for first, second and third place in the various categories. In all, 950 valid votes were submitted16 percent more than last year.
"The positive feedback from all over the world shows that we are obviously recognized by all international market players, despite the fact that to date we have "only" been active in Germany and the states of Central and Eastern Europe," is the satisfied comment from Rainer Eichholz, Chairman of the Management Board of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung, speaking about the accolade.
