Henderson Global Investors Sells Stirling Feuhold For £1.725 Million

Henderson Global Investors has sold the feuhold investment interest in 15/17 and 21 Port Street, Stirling to McNicol Cox Partnership for £1.725 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.92%.

The properties, totaling 756.86 sq m (8,143 sq ft), are multi-let to Next and Birthdays with the upper floors let to James Ferguson and sub-let to Clackmannanshire Council, on leases expiring in 2015, 2016 and 2007 respectively.

The passing rent is £144,500 pa with an outstanding rent review on the Birthdays unit.
