Haslemere NV announces that it has today concluded the sale of the Princes Mall Shopping Centre to a subsidiary of Premier Property Group Limited (“PPG”). The total consideration was GBP36.7 million (€ 54.3 million), reflecting an initial yield of approximately 6.0%.
The shopping centre lies within the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, is adjacent to Waverley railway station, and comprises 75,000 sq ft (approximately 7,000 m²) of retail floorspace.
