Hargreaves Land, the development division of Hargreaves Services in County Durham, has bought Ptarmigan Land's York office and integrated its team into Hargreaves' central regional office in Leeds. This action is anticipated to bolster Hargreaves' strategic land holdings across northern England.
Having oversight of over 4,450ha of potential development land, mainly in northern England and Scotland, Hargreaves Land is looking to enhance its presence in the area.
David Anderson, Group Property Director at Hargreaves, said, “We’ve been very impressed with Ptarmigan Land North’s progress since its establishment in 2022. Steve and Craig’s expertise will be invaluable as we pursue our ambitious plans to expand our strategic land portfolio.”
