Habitat Inmobiliaria has appointed José C. Saz as the company's new CEO. With the appointment, supported by Bain Capital Credit, the company intends to accelerate its growth by focusing on the development of high-quality real estate projects close to Spain’s main cities.
José C Saz has an extensive experience in the real estate, construction and Project Management sectors, both nationally and internationally throughout Europe, Asia, America and Africa. He has held several top executive positions in LV Salamanca Ingenieros, Abengoa, Mutua Madrileña, Mace, ISG, and Neinor Homes.
For the last few years, José C Saz has served as Vice President of AECMA (Spanish Association of Project Management) with his responsibility as Professor of the Masters Programme in Project Management (MeDIP) at the School of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Since Bain Capital Credit acquired the company, Habitat has started the delivery of two significant real estate projects: the Juncal residential development, located in Alcobendas, Madrid; and Parc de Can Mercader in Cornella, Barcelona. During the next twelve months, Habitat expects to finish several projects delivering over 550 houses.
