Greenman buys supermarkets and retail parks for €100m (DE)

Greenman Investments bought seven retail properties for a total of €101m in five transactions. The properties leased to Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland and other retailers with approx. 50,000m² of total area will become part of the funds Retail+, Income Pro and Income Two, announced the company. The properties purchased were the "Hansa-Center" in Berlin-Lichtenberg (€30m, seller Edeka Hannover-Minden), the "City Center" in Henstedt-Ulzburg, Schleswig-Holstein, a retail park being renovated in Hanau (€20m, Concept Immobilien), three new Rewe supermarkets in Geisa, Roßleben and Heldrungen in Thuringia (Zehenter & Seidel), and an Edeka supermarket in Mühlberg/Elbe in Brandenburg.

With these purchases, the property assets of Greenman increase to €395m. Along with the acquisitions that are still planned for the 4th quarter, the annual target of €450m will be reached.
