Green REIT plc, the Irish property investment company, announces the appointment of Ms Caroline McCarthy as the Company’s Chief Investment Officer. She will join the Company with effect from September 2, 2013.
Caroline McCarthy was most recently an Executive Director in the Capital Markets team of CBRE in Ireland where she served a variety of clients including pension funds, banks and high net worth investors in acquiring and disposing investment property in Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe. Prior to joining CBRE in 2003, McCarthy established the property investment team within Bank of Ireland Private Banking. She also previously served in a variety of roles in property investment in King Sturge (now Jones Lang Lasalle) and Hill Samuel Asset Management (now Scottish Widows).
