Four buildings owned by the German fund DEKA Immobilien received BREEAM In-Use certificates this year. Among them are Helion and Luminar - two office sites in Warsaw, Andel’s – a hotel in Cracow, and Andersia Tower – the hotel and office complex in Poznan. Knight Frank is the property manager of all four objects.

The Helion and Luminar office buildings were graded “Excellent” in Asset Perfomance and „Very Good” in Building Management. The sites have a total area of 14,000m² and form part of the Cybernetyki Office Park I complex.

Also this year, the BREEAM In-Use certificate with the grade “Very Good” in both categories was awarded to Cracow’s Andel’s hotel and Poznan’s Andersia Tower – a high-rise with a total area of 60,000m², 10,500m² of which is constituted by office space.

As a result, all 14 buildings owned by the DEKA Immobilien fund and under Knight Frank’s management are now BREEAM In-Use certified.

Knight Frank Poland manages a total of some 2 million m² of commercial area, with 722,000m² of it (36% of the portfolio) ecologically certified (BREAAM or LEED).
