Twelve real-estate companies are getting involved in the EXPO REAL CareerDay, an event at which young professionals and students can find out about careers and placement opportunities in the property sector. The CareerDay takes place on the last day of the show, on Wednesday, October 10, from 9:30 to 14:30, at the PLANNING & PARTNERSHIPS FORUM in Hall A2.
The twelve companies taking part in this year’s event at EXPO REAL are: Commerz Real AG, CORPUS SIREO Asset Management Commercial GmbH, Drees & Sommer AG, Greif & Contzen Immobilien GmbH, Heberger Bau GmbH, Heinrich Walter Bau GmbH, Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH, Kondor Wessels Holding GmbH, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, Sauter FM GmbH, Steiner AG and Wachtumsregion Ems-Achse e.V. As part of the CareerDay on Wednesday, October 10, all of them will have a working and presentation space in the CareerCenter (Hall A2, Stand 135) opposite the PLANNING & PARTNERSHIPS FORUM. Here students and companies will be able to meet and talk with each other.
The program for the day addresses important issues for the participants: In the opening event, "EXPO REAL .... and beyond", the speakers will be explaining to students how to get the most out of their visit to the show. The Society of Property Researchers, Germany (Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung – gif e.V.) is looking at "Job profiles in the real-estate sector". And the CareerDay program comes to a close with a panel discussion on the theme of "Real estate careers: Entry - Perspectives - Framework". The CareerDay starts at 9:30 with a breakfast reception for the students and participating companies.
Even before EXPO REAL starts, anyone interested in jobs and placements in the real-estate sector can take a look at the Job Corner, where exhibitors publish details of current openings in their companies: www.exporeal.net/jobcorner. For the first time, the Job Corner includes categories for internships, working student placements and Bachelor´s/Master´s projects.
