Real estate investment company Evia Real Estate withdraws its last-week bid for Haslemere N.V. At the same time it announced that Evia will not pursue any further take-over actions.
Last week Evia Real Estate bid EUR 67 per share on real estate fund Haslemere, previously known as Rodamco UK. It thereby outbid the American-Israeli Brack Capital bid of EUR 63.75 per share.
