The Europa Capital team had great success at the Central and Eastern European Investment Awards ceremony held in Warsaw on 27th October 2016 by picking up four awards. The CEE Investment Awards is an awards ceremony which recognizes and honours excellence in the CEE region’s real estate investment sector. The awards are presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year. The Europa team was victorious in the following categories:
- Investor of the Year – Office Sector
- Investment Asset Management Firm of the Year
- Value Add/Core+ Investor of the Year
- Investment Deal of the Year – Eiffel Square, Budapest, Hungary
