EQT Exeter buys Pruszkow Logistic Park (PL)

WAN SA, represented by Avison Young, has sold Pruszkow Logistic Park to EQT Exeter. Situated at 58 Przejazdowa Street in Pruszkow, the asset enjoys an excellent Warsaw Zone 2 location, just near A2 highway entrance, in an established industrial area with ca. 1 million m² of logistic space. It offers circa 18,800m² GLA, and is occupied by a single tenant – Hebe (Jeronimo Martins), and serves as its distribution centre. The purchase price was not disclosed.

“We are happy to have cooperated with EQT Exeter again on another industrial transaction. Thanks to the superb location in Pruszkow, in close proximity to A2 motorway junction, this property offers convenient access to the whole Warsaw agglomeration and the motorway network of Poland. Pruszkow area is sought-after by occupiers, which translates to very low vacancy rate in the vicinity,” said Bartlomiej Krzyzak, Senior Director, Investment at Avison Young.
