Dios Fastigheter divests four properties in Skelleftea with a lettable area of 43,000m2, containing primarily retail. The underlying property value is at the same level as the book value. The buyer is Nordvestor Fastigheter and transfer of ownership will take place during January, 2024.
The annual rental value for the diverted properties amounts to c. €6.1m and the economic occupancy rate amounts to 93%. The majority of the properties contain retail, and the largest tenants are Ahlens, ICA and Clas Ohlson. The transaction takes place in a company form and is reported during the first quarter of 2024.

With the growth that is happening in, for example, Skelleftea with increased demand for modern offices, we see great potential in our business.
