Delin Capital Asset Management, (‘DCAM’ or the ‘Company’), a Jersey-registered real estate investment advisor and asset manager focused on the logistics sector in the UK, Belgium and The Netherlands, announces the appointment of Sarah Emery as a Vice President with responsibility for running the finance department.
Emery has over six years of experience in the real estate sector and she joins DCAM from DPGS London, formerly Black Sea Global Properties, where she worked as Group Financial Controller. Previously, Emery was employed at Rutley Capital Partners LLP, the real estate private equity and investment management business of the Knight Frank Group, as Financial Controller. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Emery was a Financial Controller at Christie’s, the fine art auctioneers and valuers.
Emery has been appointed to help strengthen DCAM’s finance department and its financial oversight in line with the expansion of the Company since its launch in October 2012. Since its launch, the Company has acquired four logistics assets and deployed over €80 million in equity on behalf of its €400 million Capital Preservation Portfolio I fund.
Christian Jamison, Chief Executive Officer of DCAM commented: “This appointment demonstrates the lengthy strides that DCAM has made in its six months since launch. As well as being extremely active in the market, we are also ensuring that we continue to attract high-quality personnel to complement the existing team as the business grows and we are delighted to have Sarah on-board.”
