The German investor DB Real Estate Spezial Invest has bought the recently delivered office building Alpha Centauri in Diemen (the Netherlands), on behalf of a special fund managed by them. Bouwfonds Property Development developed the building of 11.000 mò.
As reported by Immobilien Zeitung. Alpha Centauri is an office development by Bouwfonds Property Development and comprises five buildings with a total lettable surface of approx. 43.000 mò. Alpha Centauri is situated next to the railway- and subway station of Diemen. Early 2001 a letting agreement was made for ten years with a semi-government institution ââ¬ËCollege voor Zorgverzekeringenââ¬â¢ and its supervisory company. A let was agreed for over â⬠163,- per mò.
