Daldehog INTL to construct REDKOM Development retail park (PL)

The new REDKOM Development retail park will be built in place of the Tesco hypermarket located at Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biala. The project is scheduled to start in November this year.

The main contractor is Daldehog INTL Sp. z o. o., which was also responsible for the construction of the Ozimska Park commercial facility in Opole belonging to the Redkom Group.

The opening of the retail park in Bielsko-Biała, with an area of c. 17,000m2 GLA, is planned for November 2024. In addition to the Kaufland grocery store, the facility is designed for c. 30 commercial and service premises. Commercialization is practically coming to an end. The contracted tenants include popular chain brands: well-known drug stores, fashion, home goods and electronics stores. The offer may be supplemented by local companies providing services whose profiles fit the concept of the retail park.

The new facility in Bielsko-Biała will be the largest retail park in the region, with an excellent location near the S1 expressway junction and the entrance to the city centre. In the immediate vicinity, there are: Castorama, Moya gas station, Merkury Market store and KFC restaurant, which complement the commercial offer.

Mallson Polska served as the agent cooperating with the commercialization of the project.
