Global real estate services and investment management firm Colliers has appointed Katarina Brydone as Managing Director for its Czech Republic operations, effective 2 May 2025.
In her new role, Brydone will focus on accelerating growth and operational excellence across the Czech business. She will work in close partnership with Monika Rajska-Wolińska, CEO of Colliers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), to expand service offerings to clients both locally and throughout the region. She succeeds Tewfik Sabongui, who is stepping down after seven years at the helm of the Czech Republic business.
Brydone joins Colliers with 19 years of experience spanning various commercial asset classes and cross-functional expertise in investment, leasing, tenant representation, property management, and building consultancy. She previously served as Head of Asset Management at Trigea Funds and spent 16 years in multiple positions at CBRE.
