Colliers has appointed James Lombard as Head of Corporate Capital Solutions, Occupier Services, EMEA. Lombard, who will officially join on 22 April, brings over 18 years of experience advising corporate occupiers and investors on European capital markets strategies.
Lombard previously spent four years at Knight Frank LLP, leading the European Long Income and Sale & Leaseback team. Before that, he held a senior leadership role at Cushman & Wakefield, joining their Paris office in 2007 before becoming a key member of the London-based European Capital Markets Team.
He will lead the expansion of Colliers’ corporate capital solutions platform, supporting clients in unlocking capital through strategic real estate transactions. Over the past five years, Colliers has advised on more than €2.34bn (£2bn) in real estate transactions globally for major corporations and net lease investors.
