Caleus Capital Partners has acquired Domkontor D10 property in Hamburg from Savills Investment Management (Savills IM). Located at the Domplatz, the property, which was refurbished in 2014, has a total lettable area of around 6,900m² of office and retail space. The multi-tenant property is fully let to three companies: fashion and e-commerce company About You, coworking provider Design Offices and furniture designer TEAM 7. The combination of tradition and modernity is not only reflected in the architecture of Domkontor, but is also characterised by its unique, Hanseatic character and unobstructed views of Domplatz - the historic birthplace of Hamburg. The purchase price was not disclosed.
