Nordano acted as sole financial adviser to By & Havn in the divestment of 97,190m2 building rights on Enghave Brygge Syd in Copenhagen to AP Ejendomme, a subsidiary of AP Pension. The project constitutes three island plots with 56,013m2 market-based residential building rights and 487m2 retail building rights, one island plot with 14,000m2 commercial building rights as well as two plots with 23,690m2 social housing building rights.
Enghave Brygge Syd is the last piece in the puzzle for developing the Copenhagen Southern Harbour, which has been successfully developed with an emphasis on offering high-end residential units with attractive features including proximity to water, recreational areas and educational institutions and has proved to be among the most attractive residential areas in Copenhagen, illustrated by the high sales prices and rent levels observed.
Enghave Brygge Syd is expected to become the centre of the Copenhagen Southern Harbour with its very own Metro station, strengthening the connection of the Copenhagen Southern Harbour to the city centre and the rest of Copenhagen.
