BNP Paribas REIM has sold the Hanse Atrium building in Hamburg to BlackRock on behalf of its Next Estate Income Fund (NEIF), managed by BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg. The fund acquired the property in 2012. Located in Hamburg City-South, Hanse Atrium comprises c. 15,700m² and is almost fully let. Part of the fully green certified NEIF fund, this asset benefits from a DGNB Silver certification. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Laurent Boissin, Fund Advisor of NEIF, commented: “We are pleased to announce the sale of Hanse Atrium in Hamburg as another important step of NEIF Fund's divestment plan. The fund performance surpasses significantly the initial objectives which is a clear affirmation of the NEIF strategy with its focus on core assets in European top locations.”
