On behalf of the "HITA1" Fund from Hayrish Italia, BNP Paribas has purchased “Garage Traversi” a very important building in Milan from the Banco Popolare. Closing its first transaction since the constitution of the Fund.
The building valued at approx. €70m, will be refurbished and transformed into a mixed-use destination.
HITA 1 is a closed real estate fund, reserved to institutional investors, with the aim to invest into value added properties in Italy’s principal cities.
BNP Paribas REIM SGR has been assisted by Carnelutti Studio Legale for the completion of the transaction and by Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati as fiscal advisor. Banco Popolare has been assisted by Mercanti Dorio e Associati.
