The American investment funds, Beacon Capital Partners, chose Cushman & Wakefield to manage Le Doublon, an office building, representing a total of 30,119 m². in Courbevoie (Paris region) and an occupancy rate around 80% with nearly 20 occupiers.
The team, managed by Stéphane Bureau, Managing Director Property & Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield, will provide administrative and technical management.
