Allianz Real Estate announces today the appointment of Barbara Koreniouguine, 48, as CEO of Allianz Real Estate France.
As of September 1st 2015, she will lead Allianz Real Estate in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Allianz Real Estate France manages on behalf of the Allianz Group property assets of around €7.7 bln.
She will be as well a member of the Executive Committee and will be reporting to Olivier Piani, CEO of Allianz Real Estate.
Barbara Koreniouguine spent the last 6 years at BNP-Paribas Real Estate where she was successively Deputy Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate Residential and Corporate Property, Executive Chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate Commercial and Residential Development and finally member of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008, she was Managing Director of Icade Tertial.
Barbara Koreniouguine is Chairman of the Cercle des Femmes de l'Immobilier, a woman network in real estate in France.
She graduated from the Business School “ESSCA Angers” and holds a Master of Urban Planning and Development from Sciences-Po Paris.
