Drs. Baldwin Poolman MRE MRICS RT (42) will be the new Managing Partner of real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) in the Netherlands per January 1, 2005.
Baldwin Poolman has been working at C&W/H&B since 1990.After working in various departments within C&W/H&B (office agency, hotel & leisure, investments), he set up the valuation services department. In 1998 he was appointed to Deputy Managing Partner. In this function he was responsible for valuation services, marketing, property management, facility management, research and retail investments.
Together with Stephen Screene (38), Poolman will be responsible for the management of the Dutch office.
Henk Nieuwenhuys (53) will step back as Managing Partner but will continue to work for the firm as a consultant.
