Axa buys Tripolis for € 78.5 mln.

Axa Investment Managers Deutschland has recently bought the Tripolis-buildings along highway A10 in Amsterdam from ING Real Estate. The complex of approx. 23.500 m² has reportedly been sold for € 78.5 mln. The initial return on investment was approx. 7.5%.

Tripolis has been designed by Aldo van Eyck, it consists of three office buildings which have been let to the law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and interim agency Vedior.
In this transaction Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of the seller. Rechtstaete vastgoedadvocaten & belastingadviseurs and Notary mr. R. Bos of CMS Derks Star Busmann acted on behalf of Axa.
